Timberwolves Win 21-18
After a hard fought, disappointing 1 point loss to Tulare Union one week ago. Your Timberwolves 0-2 came out fired up Thursday night, sporting their new home game “Gray” uniforms, as they took on the Wildcats 1-1 of Sunnyside High.
An early 80 yard touchdown completion from quarterback TJ Randall to #3 Mark Trujillo, and two touchdown runs from #10 Kevin Cantu in the first half, were enough as the stingy T-Wolves defense held the powerful ground attack of Sunnyside High to 18 points.
Michael Orozco #32 blocked the game tying field goal attempt with 15 seconds left in the game, and your Timberwolves were able to take a knee as time ran out.
